Advanced oxidation processes, such as using titanium dioxide (TiO2) photocatalysis, are being developed to reduce or eliminate the toxicity of treated water. In this study, removal purified anatoxin-a (ANTX-a), live Dolichospermum flos-aquae cells, and a cell extract organism under UV-A/TiO2 creation decomposition products their were investigated. Total degradation ANTX-a from initial concentration 10 mg·L−1 with addition TiO2 UV-A irradiation was achieved in 30 min. Under these conditions several noted m/z ratio 156.11 216.1. Analysis completely degraded sample Thamnotoxkit F™ test showed that it no longer toxic. photocatalysis also efficient living cyanobacterial cells.
